  4. This is a shareware product,  if you use hyperbase please register.  %10 of all funds recieved will be donated to a local environmental group.  Registration is $10 which gets you a disk with the latest version and some other games and stuff.

  10.        Hyberbase is easy to learn and you probably don't even need to read this but in case you get stuck on something I've tried to put down as much as possible about it here.

  12.  The Calendar:

  14.               Hyperbase creates full page calendars for 12 months starting with the current one.  Use the calendar menu to get to calendars.  When you click on an indvidual day,  Hyperbase creates a card for that day.  Under the calendar menu the "BIRTHDAY" command will bring you to a list of holidays and birthdays.  Use this list for any birthday's,  anniversaries etc., which you would like to appear every year on that day's card.  Note that you can only have a date listed once.   The stars on the month calendars represent days you have gone to before and have cards created for them.

  17. The Memopad:

  19.          The memopad is just one card to jot down notes.  End of story.

  21. The Rolodex:

  23.          The Rolodex is divided into three sections,  Friends, Family and Business.  The three are not connected so when searching for a card you have to go to that section.  In order for the dial command to work, the phone numbers have to be on the original line and you need to adjust the dial settings under the utilities menu.

  27. The Applications menu:

  29.           This menu is a place to put your most used applications for easy access.  It let's you use 
  30. Hyperbase as a base (hence the name) for your work on the mac.  It can be customized by going
  31. to change applications under the utilities menu.

  33. The Money manager:

  35.          The money manager is a easy way to keep track of your finances.  This area is reached by selecting Money Manager under the utilities menu.  When entering new data entries must be completed in full.  There is a button which will bring you to all the entries from the opening of that account.  Note that any changes made here will affect the balance next time you update the account.  When correcting old data use the same format as the other entries.
